Make sure their contact information is readily available and their location is clearly stated so you can confirm they are local to your area. This due diligence will help you choose a photographer who meets your needs and expectations.
Are They Social?
Is the photographer active on social media? Do they update their social media profiles regularly with fresh content? Frequent and diverse posts can indicate a thriving, professional business. I once had a senior client who was deciding between me and another photographer. She chose me because my Instagram was updated regularly, allowing her to get to know me and my work. She could see that I was professional and popular, with a steady stream of new clients. In contrast, the other photographer rarely posted and often shared the same client’s photos repeatedly, which made them seem less appealing to her. By checking a photographer’s social media, you can get a better sense of their personality, work quality, and what they offer, helping you decide if they’re the right fit for you.

- Step One: Contact me HERE to let me know you are interested in a session.
- Step Two: You will receive information about the available dates for sessions as well as a digital Welcome Magazine that will be packed with information so you can make the right decision for your senior photos. Information like session options, pricing, the process, hair and makeup and more will be included. Look this over with your parents and then…
- Step Three: Let me know which session type you would like to book and which date works best for you from the available dates sent to you. The session fee is due at the time of booking to secure the date for your session.
- Step Four: Fill out the Questionnaire. Once you are booked you will be sent a senior questionnaire that allows me to get to know you before your session and plan your session according to your unique personality and style. Simply fill it out online and hit submit and it will be sent directly back to me.
- Step Five: Look for a fun digital Welcome Packet in your mail that will have even more information regarding your senior session like a What to Wear Guide, checklist before your session and an appointment reminder card.
- Step Six: Get ready for a fun day where you will be pampered with professional hair and makeup all while having fun, laughing and creating photos that tell your unique story!
